Volunteer Northeast Ohio is powered by Hands On Northeast Ohio, the official Cuyahoga County Volunteer Action Center for Northeast Ohio.

HandsOn Northeast Ohio is also the official Cuyahoga County affiliate of the HandsOn Network. HandsOn Northeast Ohio provides an opportunity for individuals, youth, families and businesses to improve the community through a conintuum of access points to service that address Northeast Ohio’s most pressing needs.
